Revealed Faith, Resisted

But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. — Galatians 3:23

Here’s the 64 dollar question for you to answer — Did Jesus come and reveal (unveil) this faith?

And if He came to reveal this faith, then what would the merchants of evil; the children of the devil, wish to do in this regard?

Keep this faith UN revealed. Obscured. Nullified. Rejected, by placing a “veil’ before the eyes of men so that they do not see; do not comprehend this faith that was to be revealed.

Why? Simple. So that people remain under the law, still shut up in regards to this faith to be revealed. Under lock and key, imprisoned by the law; a gilded cage, without bars, made to look inviting and comfortable, right up to the day one are led off to the gallows.

The law kills. It is the Spirit that imparts life. You cannot mix life and death. You cannot embrace the “tree of Life” (Christ Jesus) and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, whose fruit is death and that is the fruit of the law. It imparts a knowledge of good and sin. It provides a modicum of wisdom.

The Hebrews, who were given the law, and heard the book of the law read to them, never made the connection between the law and that tree. They never made the connection between the tree of Life and God and the One who was to come. They knew the law, and liked what they saw; the sense of security it emanated. They took that rope, and gladly hung it around their collective necks; the faithless Hebrews with the deceitful and desperately wicked hearts of unbelief.
